Rajasthani- Dal Bati

A platter of semi-sweet Churma, spicy Dal and deep-fried Baati, is one such traditional combination. Fresh baatis drowned in piping hot dal is a perfect accompaniment for churma.

Indore, The biggest city and commercial capital of the state called “heart of India” Madhya Pradesh. Indore is most popular for its culinary rang. Poha-Jalebi is the best street food and the specialty of Indore served with sev & nukti.

Goa- Goan Fish Curry


The traditional Goan curry is made with fish called Mandeli. English name for mandeli are ‘Golden Anchovies’. The common feature is the use of complex combinations of spices or herbs, in a coconut milk based curry. Also fuse it with a kings beer to have the real Goa feel.

Indian filter kaapi (Kannada) is a coffee drink made by mixing frothed and boiled milk with the decoction obtained by brewing finely ground coffee powder in a traditional Indian filter. The drink known as Kaapi, is the South Indian phonetic rendering of “coffee”.

Chenna poda is the quintessential cheese dessert from the state of Orissa in eastern India. Chenna poda literally means ‘burnt cheese’ in Oriya. It is made of well-kneaded homemade cottage cheese or chhena, sugar, cashew nuts and raisins, and is baked for several hours until it browns. There is only one place in Pune that offers this delicacy which makes it pretty unique.

Sarson da saag  is a popular vegetable dish in the Punjab regions of India made from mustard leaves (sarson) and spices.The dish is regarded as the traditional way to make saag and is usually served with makki di roti.

This creamy rice kheer is delicately flavored with cardamom and full of nuts. It’s a great dessert for anytime of the year.

Indian famous sweet sponge rasgullas are all sweet lover’s favorite. This delicious syrupy dessert is made from small dumplings out of chenna (an Indian Cottage Cheese) and hint of cardamom makes it even more delicious.

Undhiyu is traditional Gujarati style mixed vegetable dish made using winter vegetables and peanuts-sesame-coconut gravy. It is also known as ‘Surti Undhiyu’ , Surat is a city of Gujarat.

Hyderabad- Hyderabadi Biryani


Hyderabadi Dum Biryani, a non-vegetarian delicacy is an authentic Hyderabadi rice preparation which is a meal in itself. It is a combination are basmati rice, goat or chicken meat, yogurt,  spices, saffron and fried onions, and is slow cooked to perfection.

Jammu Kashmir- Rogan Josh

Rogan josh is a staple of Kashmiri cuisine. It consists of braised lamb chunks cooked with a gravy based on browned onions or shallots, yogurt, garlic, ginger and aromatic spices.
